Adam is an adviser, a psychiatrist, a watchdog, a troubleshooter, a handyman and a temporary commander-in-chief in one. Hence, his tasks are far-reaching and complex. In short, Adam is the right-hand man of the managing director and, in that capacity, he stays busy debating important company matters and preventing frustrating and unnecessary motivation-draining issues from reaching the office of the big boss.
